Know about it more - lgbtq+

The whole community has a new understand in the recent times .the is committed to provide a safe and welcoming environment to Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer and non-binary individuals. Our success in creating an open and welcoming environment—regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity or gender expression—has allowed us to attract and retain valuable new talent.

Nonetheless, most LGBT people in India remain closeted, fearing discrimination from their families, who might see homosexuality as shameful. Discrimination is still present in rural areas, where LGBT people often face rejection from their families and forced opposite-sex marriages.

People in the LGBT community are fighting for equal rights and acceptance.People’s prejudices lead them to think that LGBT people are odd and very different. Today,This is a major issue because discrimination against the LGBT community is highly prevalent.

homosexuality and queer identities may be acceptable to more Indian youths than ever

before but within the boundaries of families, homes and schools, acceptance still remains a constant struggle for LGBT people.

However, the focus on celebrating these communities over one particular month can further marginalize the very experiences we are hoping to elevate. With this in mind, what follows is an invitation to engage with important themes raised by Pride Month this June and throughout all of the months of the year.

The goal of using more inclusive terms like LGBTQ+ is to improve visibility, recognition, and acceptance. It is important to remember that LGBTQ+ people continue to face discrimination. Transgender and gender-nonconforming individuals, in particular, are frequently the target of social and economic marginalization as well as harassment and violence.

in the end the community still finding hardship and try to get more acceptance in the other communitys. thats for all .

Thank you
